Join our dynamic team as a Contracts Engineer, where your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service by overseeing the entire order management process from receipt to delivery. Collaborate with our partners to ensure that customer requirements are completely fulfilled while keeping them informed about order progress and addressing any issues proactively.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will liaise with various departments and suppliers to prioritize and expedite orders for production release. You will also work closely with the Quality department to address and investigate customer quality complaints, ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed until resolution.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving order queries, ensuring customer requirements are accurately interpreted and fully understood. You will employ your negotiation skills to liaise with both customers and internal departments regarding delivery and special requirements while meticulously reviewing customer contracts.
This role is ideal for a dedicated problem-solver with experience in the valve industry and a solid understanding of electric actuators. A strong background in contracts management for electric actuators, combined with keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, is essential.
