Contracts Manager / Associate Attorney – Legal Contracts

THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Contracts Manager or Associate Attorney based in Colorado to join our dynamic Americas Contracts team at Avantia. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing the initial review and markup of investment-related non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other pertinent documents. You'll also oversee conflict management, coordinate workflows, manage our document portals, and assist in the execution of legal documents.
Avantia Law offers a full-time position located in our Castle Rock, Colorado office.
The salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000, contingent upon the selected candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes 20 days of paid time off (PTO), a 4% employer 401(k) match, and health, vision, and dental insurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract Drafting and Support: Assist our attorneys in the Americas with first round markups of a high volume of documents.
- Conflict Management: Support conflict and clearance processes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the Americas and Europe.
- Document Intake Management: Oversee the intake of new documents and ensure prompt turnaround times.
- Client Support: Set up and coordinate client workflows, facilitating the creation of portals and ensuring contracts are signed and finalized efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Americas attorneys and assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.
