Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure total contract compliance for assigned projects, strictly following contract requirements, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Direct and coordinate proposal and award processes for assigned contracts, providing guidance to internal teams through every phase of the contract lifecycle.
- Conduct independent reviews of complex contract actions at all stages of the contract lifecycle, formulating and implementing strategic plans to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team, Client Success Team, and Human Resources Team to resolve intricate contract administration and proposal hurdles.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts, delivering expert advice and resolutions on complex contract matters while ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations.
