Become an integral part of Hinge Health as a Contracts Manager, playing a vital role in driving our commercial growth while safeguarding our legal interests. In this position, you will not only review contracts but also serve as a strategic ally to our Sales, Client Success, and Procurement teams. Your expertise will help ensure that our agreements, ranging from complex customer contracts to essential vendor partnerships, are executed swiftly and accurately. As we modernize our legal operations, you will leverage advanced AI tools and data to create a scalable, world-class contracting framework.
Your Impact in the First Year
First 3 Months: Get acquainted with our contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and playbooks. Establish trust with the Commercial Legal team by independently drafting and negotiating standard agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts) while ensuring that 100% of new requests are tracked and managed efficiently.
First 6 Months: Take ownership of the contract lifecycle for your designated business units, actively reducing turnaround times by identifying bottlenecks. Collaborate with attorneys on complex commercial negotiations and lead the update of our standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with evolving business strategies.
First Year: Serve as a subject matter expert in our contracting strategy, contributing to pivotal negotiations and strategic alliances. Lead the integration of new legal technologies, including AI, to automate routine tasks, enabling the team to focus on high-impact legal work.
