- Oversee daily operations of manpower sourcing, selection, and recruitment in accordance with company protocols.
- Administer and maintain the Talent Acquisition System, ensuring it is consistently updated.
- Compile annual performance evaluations of external recruitment agencies and deliver a statistical report for consolidation and recommendations across all entities.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the candidate database through channels such as Career Fairs, social media campaigns, and internal recruitment strategies.
- Conduct Behavior-Based Interview Training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives for e/career fairs, social media outreach, and internal recruitment across all entities.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager with all talent acquisition projects.
- Centralize and generate timely allocation reports for all third-party service providers involved in talent acquisition, including SHL Exam, Jobstreet, background checks, and medical examinations for all entities.
- Facilitate Behavior-Based Interview Training for all entities as scheduled.
- Collaborate with external vendors.
Talent Acquisition Duties:
- Manage all hires within the Talent Acquisition System based on account assignments.
- Source candidates through both internal and external advertising and data banks.
- Establish candidate sources via internal and external advertising and data banks.
- Communicate job profiles to accredited recruitment partners when necessary.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications by conducting interviews, assessing responses, and matching qualifications to job requirements to ascertain suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules for shortlisted candidates with hiring managers, collaborating on candidate evaluations and selections.
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees and ensure completion of necessary pre-employment documentation, uploading all required documents to the ArchiveOne System.
- Work with Talent Development to confirm start dates and facilitate the proper induction of newly hired employees.
- Monitor employment statuses and coordinate with Talent Retention on any changes or movements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment and hiring status reports for submission to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Screen CVs as per job profiles to ensure applicant qualifications.
- Maintain an active database of CVs and initiate actions as necessary.
- Compile monthly reports for HR audits.
- Perform additional HR-related duties and assist the HR team as required.
