Position Summary
The Cook III plays a crucial role in our culinary team, assisting with station assignments and expertly preparing both hot and cold dishes for our restaurant, adhering to the Chef de Cuisine’s specifications. This position is responsible for cooking a diverse array of food items by following established recipes and safety protocols. The Cook III is expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while ensuring that food is prepared promptly and meets the highest quality standards. This position operates under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with standardized recipes and chef specifications.
• Follow the daily preparation list to ensure all items are ready for service.
• Cook food to order while managing sauté, grill, and roasting stations.
• Assist in organizing kitchen supplies, including dry goods, equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries.
• Set up, work, and break down assigned stations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, participating in pre- and post-shift cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during service.
• Submit production needs for the following day before the end of the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
