Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Experience:
- Inspire the team by achieving and surpassing individual and counter sales targets.
- Serve as the primary ambassador for ILIA at Liberty, ensuring a premium and consistent client experience.
- Evaluate sales performance, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with management on strategic initiatives.
- Enhance retail metrics, including units per transaction and average order value through effective selling practices.
- Plan and execute engaging in-store animations, events, and activations to boost brand awareness.
- Consistently uphold ILIA’s brand standards at every client interaction, in-store and beyond.
- Artistry & Education:
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively educate clients and improve customer retention.
- Implement educational initiatives and brand programs with consistency and excellence.
- Participate actively in all training sessions, both virtual and in-person.
- Team Leadership & Operations:
- Ensure consistent counter coverage and address scheduling issues promptly.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards; ensure the counter is clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Manage counter expenses within the budget.
