Qualifications
Skills and Experience8–12 years of progressive experience functioning as an HR Business Partner.Proven ability to collaborate effectively and strategically with senior and functional leaders.Demonstrated strength in managing diverse priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.Familiarity with HRIS and HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) at a functional level.Proficient in data management and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for organizing information and generating insights.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with confidence in regional and cross-cultural communication.Comfortable operating within a matrix or regional organizational structure; regional experience is preferred.

The Country HR Business Partner for Indonesia serves as the primary HR liaison for the Jobstreet Indonesia commercial team. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner for Emerging Markets within our People & Culture division, this position collaborates closely with the Country Managing Director and the Commercial Leadership Team, fostering connections with employees at all organizational levels.
As part of SEEK’s Emerging Markets framework, which encompasses Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, the HRBP is instrumental in translating regional HR objectives into actionable local strategies that align with the country’s goals. This role emphasizes robust governance, effective talent management, and organizational efficiency to drive business success.
By combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution, this individual contributor role leverages influence, collaboration, and a profound understanding of the business landscape. It requires adaptability and autonomy within a matrixed environment, reconciling regional coherence with local requirements. As a trusted advisor, the HRBP employs data-driven insights to inform HR initiatives and uphold high compliance and performance standards.
