The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator plays a crucial role in responding to incidents occurring across Coupang's diverse business environments. This involves analyzing information, assessing on-site situations, and escalating issues to stakeholders while implementing necessary actions for emergency responses.
As a vital member of the GSOC, which operates 24/7, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of Coupang's employees and assets while maintaining business continuity. Understanding Coupang’s assets and operations globally is essential. Due to the nature of crisis management, this role requires working in shifts, including day and night rotations.
