The CPQ Account Executive is pivotal in driving the market success of ServiceNow’s Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and CRM Sales solutions. These innovative solutions complement our renowned Service Management platform, providing a unified approach for sellers by delivering a single source for products, pricing, quoting, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align territory strategies by integrating CPQ/CRM capabilities with account priorities and revenue opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth customer discovery sessions to identify quoting challenges, product complexities, approval workflows, and sales inefficiencies.
- Provide strategic insights during account planning by identifying opportunities for CPQ, quoting automation, or CRM workflow modernization.
- Ensure recommendations are consistent with Now Value principles, emphasizing business impact, efficiency gains, and AI-driven sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Specialist SC teams to ensure product fit, validate capabilities, and optimize competitive positioning.
- Mentor Account Executives (AEs), Account Development Representatives (ADRs), and account teams on CPQ/CRM opportunity triggers and value messaging.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, encompassing qualification, value-based selling, demonstrations, business case development, and negotiations.
- Adapt your schedule to meet the specific needs of your territory and account teams while celebrating organizational wins.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
