As a Creative Ads Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional and engaging creative media for our clients. This role will require you to stay ahead of the curve by researching and connecting with potential content creators while keeping abreast of the latest trends on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
To excel in this position, you will need to cultivate a profound understanding of each client’s brand identity, values, and target audience. This insight will guide you in crafting comprehensive script briefs tailored for selected content creators, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and incorporating innovative video concepts for each creative campaign.
You will also be responsible for reaching out and collaborating with potential content creators to assemble the ideal team for every project. Additionally, you will conduct quality control checks on the content delivered to guarantee it meets our high standards.

Your role will involve working closely with the content creators you select, requiring you to research, reach out, and maintain communication throughout each project. You may occasionally need to liaise directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing script briefs that align with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Creating detailed briefs for content creators, including necessary B-roll footage.
- Researching potential content creators to align with each brand's customer avatar for testing concepts.
- Communicating with content creators about project scopes.
- Ensuring the quality of video ad variations.
- Selecting and organizing a content creator for each project.
- Overseeing the quality of content provided by creators.
- Providing constructive feedback on received content.
- Staying updated on ongoing TikTok and Reels trends.
- Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the Product Manager.
Position Specifications:
- Full-time commitment with alignment to general office hours.
- Contractor status following the signing of a non-disclosure agreement.
- Exclusivity agreement to prevent engagement in similar positions while working for Hustler Marketing.
- 30-day notice period required after the initial month of employment.
