Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Art Director who embodies a hands-on approach to nurturing bold creative concepts while also executing them directly. This role is far from conventional; if you thrive in predictable, routine-driven environments, this may not be the fit for you.
We want an innovative thinker who dares to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of creativity. Your mission will be to translate dopay's groundbreaking positioning into distinctive, avant-garde ideas, visuals, and executions that truly stand out.
You will take ownership of the creative process, bringing your ideas to life across various mediums including design, video, motion graphics, and immersive brand experiences.
Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive 360° creative approach, ensuring visual coherence across all channels — both digital and offline — in alignment with dopay’s brand framework and guidelines.
In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence dopay’s visual identity across campaigns, social media, product communications, distribution touchpoints, and events, collaborating closely with our content, marketing, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design innovative visual ideas for campaigns and content
- Take charge of the creative process from concept to execution (hands-on)
- Establish and uphold a cohesive 360° creative vision across all channels
- Ensure all outputs are interconnected, consistent, and in harmony with dopay’s brand framework
- Design and create visuals for:
- Social media platforms
- Paid media campaigns
- Website and landing pages
- Product launches and marketing initiatives
- Define and evolve the art direction and visual framework for social media
- Create engaging and performance-optimized visuals
- Execute video editing, motion graphics, and animation tasks
- Produce short-form videos, explainer videos, and product-related content
- Lead creative initiatives for on-ground presence, including:
- Distribution points across various governorates
- Event booths and brand activations
- Printed materials (brochures, flyers, handouts, whitepapers, and marketing collateral)
- Guarantee a uniform brand experience across both digital and physical touchpoints
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to bring ideas to life, ensuring a unified 360° brand experience
- Maintain alignment of all outputs with dopay’s brand identity and tone
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Video editing and motion design expertise
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as:
- MidJourney
- Nano Banana
- Other innovative AI tools
