About the Team You'll Join
- The Brand Design team is dedicated to establishing and enhancing Toss's brand identity.
- We create unique brand experiences across various external channels, from corporate branding to individual business branding for Toss products like Pay and App Toss.
- As a designer, you will collaborate with brand marketers, content producers/managers, and various teams across the company including recruitment and product teams to execute branding projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and strengthen Toss's consistent brand experience through brand identity development.
- Establish brand communication strategies and derive effective design solutions tailored to specific challenges.
- Plan and execute branding projects across all media, including our channels like YouTube, Toss Speed, and social media, as well as advertising, conferences, and external events.
- Lead branding initiatives, ensuring the quality and completeness of project deliverables.
Who We're Looking For
- You should have experience leading projects from planning to design deliverables based on brand narratives (generally expected to have over 6 years in the brand design field).
- A strong skill set in one or more areas of graphic, editorial, web/homepage, and both online and offline media design is preferred.
- Experience creating outcomes that match the context and scale of projects while collaborating with diverse teams is a plus.
- You must be able to logically articulate and persuade others regarding your design intentions and ideas.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience designing brand experiences at offline touchpoints such as conferences, pop-ups, and flagship stores is desirable.
- Experience in creating 3D artwork or collaborating on conceptualizing and implementing visual concepts is a plus.
- Experience leading team collaborations including designers is highly preferred.
Portfolio Recommendations
- Showcase your experience in defining or expanding a specific brand identity.
- Rather than just showcasing results or achievements, illustrate how you set project backgrounds and objectives, and how your decisions influenced design outcomes.
