About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Creative Brand & Print Production Designer, where you will craft compelling brand and print materials for our storefronts and promotional campaigns. Your focus will be on producing high-quality, print-ready designs while upholding our brand's integrity.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in branding, print production, and large-format design, with a keen understanding of how to prepare professional files tailored for vendors and printers.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Identity
- Establish and uphold cohesive branding and visual identity systems.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical marketing collateral.
- Create unique illustrations and graphic elements as required.
Print & Production
- Design storefront window graphics and large-format visuals.
- Develop print-ready materials, including flyers, postcards, signage, stickers, and packaging.
- Prepare precise production files and liaise with vendors and printers.
Collaboration
- Engage closely with internal stakeholders to translate creative direction into actionable designs.
- Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Thorough understanding of print production processes and file preparation techniques.
- Experience collaborating with printers and vendors.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Illustration skills and basic video editing capabilities are advantageous.
- Experience designing for retail or physical storefronts.
- Proficient in collaboration and project management tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in creating short-form promotional video content.
- Familiarity with additional motion or design software.
