Role Overview
The Content Development Specialist will be responsible for creating and producing dynamic multimedia content that captures the brand’s essence across social media and marketing channels. This role merges video editing, creative asset production, and social content management, with a keen emphasis on storytelling and visual coherence.
Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation & Editing
Transform raw video footage into engaging reels and short-form content tailored for social media platforms.
Develop video content that aligns with brand messaging and meets audience expectations.
Edit videos to ensure that quality, tone, pacing, and engagement adhere to brand standards.
Design & Creative Production
Create flyers and additional marketing materials to bolster promotional campaigns.
Produce visual assets that are aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative materials addressing broader marketing needs.
Social Media & Content Posting
Publish and schedule content across social media channels to ensure consistent audience engagement.
Ensure all content embodies the brand’s voice through strong visual and narrative execution.
Stay abreast of social media trends and integrate relevant creative strategies into content production.
Storytelling & Brand Messaging
Utilize storytelling techniques to craft emotionally compelling and audience-targeted content.
Ensure brand identity consistency across all visual and written content.
