Position Overview
The Creative Crew Lead will serve as a hands-on shift supervisor, acting as the vital link between frontline production and management. You will report to the Creative Crew Manager, providing operational support to the team of Creative Associates while actively engaging in daily capture operations. This position is key in ensuring the team meets pace, quality, and promptly resolves issues that could hinder productivity. Success in this role necessitates someone who leads by example, provides clear guidance, and knows how to maintain motivation and workflow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of Creative Associates during your shift by providing clear instructions, real-time coaching, and hands-on assistance to uphold productivity, quality, and consistency.
- Oversee product movement across various capture stages, ensuring materials are correctly staged, allocated, and efficiently processed throughout the production cycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks, whether through product reallocation, addressing equipment issues, or stepping in to assist with capture as needed.
- Participate in product capture, styling, and quality checks as necessary to keep the shift moving and set a strong example for the team.
- Track individual and team performance against daily capture goals, quality benchmarks, and workflow standards, intervening promptly when productivity, accuracy, or output starts to decline.
- Communicate shift objectives, production updates, and challenges to the Creative Crew Manager, working collaboratively to find solutions.
- Train new Creative Associates on capture techniques, equipment usage, and quality assurance standards.
- Recognize patterns that may affect throughput, quality, or team efficiency and report them with clear observations and suggestions.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
