Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for an imaginative, inquisitive, and driven digital designer who is ready to leave their mark in the world of performance-driven advertising. Your role will involve transforming ideas into captivating visuals across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, producing designs that not only catch the eye but also deliver measurable results. This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about learning, experimenting, and demonstrating their talents in a dynamic environment where design plays a crucial role in achieving business goals.
As a vital team player, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative assets for A/B testing and other optimization strategies, contributing directly to our clients' success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio, exceptional communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to thrive in an agency setting with exposure to prominent enterprise brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging design assets, including ad sets and landing pages, supported by data to enhance digital marketing KPIs.
Develop motion graphics and concise video cutdowns optimized for social media, covering platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Modify existing video materials into effective ad units tailored to specific platform requirements and audience preferences.
Work alongside media and content teams to ensure motion creative aligns with audience insights and campaign objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting to various audience segments and platforms.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand business objectives, target audiences, and additional data points for crafting A/B tests and data-driven designs.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments utilizing conversion rate optimization tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to derive insights and validate design choices.
