Your Role and Impact
As the Creative Director for Art Direction and Performance, you will be the visionary storyteller driving Xero’s growth. Your role bridges brand and performance, enhancing our connection with audiences to elevate conversion rates. You will spearhead the creative direction for lifecycle marketing, web experiences, and performance-driven campaigns, translating data insights into compelling narratives that inspire action.
Owning the strategic vision for our landing pages and conversion journeys, you will ensure our creative output is not only conceptually robust but also emotionally engaging. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will guide them to achieve a harmonious balance between creative brilliance and measurable effectiveness, making a significant impact on the global economy.
Team Collaboration and Connections
You will be part of Xero’s Internal Global Agency, reporting directly to the GM, Head of Creative. This collaborative role requires you to partner closely with Lifecycle, Performance, and Web Experience teams to share ownership of outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with brand and product marketing leads to maintain visual and tonal consistency throughout the customer journey.
Initial Focus Areas
- Leading the creative strategy for performance-oriented campaigns and global landing pages.
- Mentoring a diverse team of designers, writers, and content specialists dedicated to growth and optimization.
- Establishing creative testing frameworks utilizing AI and analytics for continuous improvement.
- Enhancing performance optimization efforts through responsive design, content hierarchy, and user experience flow.
