Your Contributions Will Include:
Leading Hover’s creative expression through collaboration, early prototyping, and a strong emphasis on user experience. You will advocate for testing and iteration over static presentations, utilizing prototypes to facilitate better discussions and outcomes. Your robust design fundamentals and product insights will guide stakeholder conversations, assisting teams in exploring what is feasible while striving for the best user experience.
Cross-functional partnerships will be essential as you guide critiques, align teams, and evolve Hover’s design systems and creative standards as the company expands.
