ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Creative Field Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Administrative team with essential day-to-day operations vital to the success of TPA's field initiatives. Responsibilities include data entry, proof-reading, filing, and recruitment. A keen eye for detail is essential. This position emphasizes expanding our activism efforts in the field. Ideal candidates should embody the values of grassroots humility, a warrior spirit, and a commitment to innovation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform data entry using Google Sheets.
- Read and interpret bills passed in the House and Senate.
- Respond to inquiries from the Administrative team.
- Foster professional relationships with other conservative organizations.
- Organize and maintain the Turning Point Action Airtable database.
- Update Google Drive documents as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Field Administrative Team to ensure all materials are effectively distributed and marketed for field events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of administrative processes.
- Proficient in Google Drive.
- Alignment with TPA's mission and principles.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Adept at managing deadlines and multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a robust work ethic and a pursuit of excellence.
“WOW!” SKILLS:
- Previous experience with Turning Point Action or political campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or relevant software.
- Experience with Airtable or other basic design platforms.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
