About the Role
We are in search of a Copy and Content Lead who will take ownership of the creative narrative for Claude's product launches. You will craft stories that seamlessly blend brand storytelling with product features and unique selling propositions, working closely with both product and brand marketing teams.
This role extends beyond traditional writing; we seek a candidate with a copywriting background who embodies the mindset of a creative director—someone capable of developing the core creative vision for a launch and collaborating intimately with design teams to realize that vision.
A strong technical understanding of AI is essential. You should possess a depth of knowledge that enables you to elevate product storytelling beyond mere features to concepts that resonate deeply. The most impactful launch creatives emerge from individuals who grasp the product well enough to unearth the most compelling narrative for our brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire creative narrative for product launches, from messaging strategy and core concept to final execution across various channels and formats.
- Collaborate with product marketing and brand marketing teams to shape narratives that effectively link brand storytelling with product capabilities and differentiation.
- Develop foundational creative concepts for launches, partnering closely with design teams to bring these ideas to life across diverse formats.
- Engage with engineering and product teams to cultivate the technical understanding necessary to discover narratives that delve deeper than surface-level features.
