About Dominion Dynamics
Dominion Dynamics is pioneering Canada’s first modern defense prime: software-defined, attritable, and sovereign. We believe that the future of military power relies not on intricate platforms, but on the seamless integration of adaptable, AI-driven capabilities across all domains. Our systems are designed to be fielded with operators, ensuring sovereignty and accountability to Canada’s democratic values.
We operate swiftly and deploy with the Canadian Armed Forces, particularly in the Arctic, upholding Canadian law and treaty obligations with utmost respect. Our founding team comprises former operators from leading organizations such as Anduril, Google, Amazon, and the Canadian Armed Forces. We are committed to developing cutting-edge technology in challenging environments and seek system-level thinkers who excel at the crossroads of autonomy, aerospace, and national security.
Why This Role Matters
As Dominion Dynamics expands, design will serve as a vital force multiplier. The Marketing Designer will play a key role in shaping our brand presence across digital platforms, recruitment, government interactions, and investor communications.
This position guarantees that every interaction—from pitch decks to recruitment campaigns and product briefs—exudes precision, credibility, and a sense of national purpose. You will translate advanced engineering concepts into visuals that resonate with decision-makers, recruits, and partners alike.
The Role: Marketing Designer
As the hands-on creative lead, you will shape Dominion’s visual identity across various platforms. Collaborating closely with engineering, leadership, and growth teams, you will create compelling marketing materials that elevate our narrative while ensuring technical accuracy and strategic clarity. This role is not merely about branding; it’s about storytelling at the intersection of technology, sovereignty, and national defense.
What You’ll Do
Create high-impact marketing assets and motion graphics for web, social media, recruitment, and events.
Develop pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and investor materials that convey complex systems in a clear manner.
Transform technical content into visually engaging graphics, diagrams, and narratives.
