As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Subscription Marketing, seamlessly aligning high-level commercial strategies with creative execution. We seek a candidate who is both analytically minded and commercially focused, yet possesses a vibrant creative spirit. You should feel equally at ease discussing lifetime value (LTV) and attribution models as you do evaluating visual assets and brainstorming compelling campaign concepts that captivate audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Acquisition & Growth
- Integrated Planning - Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance acquisition for both print and digital offerings. You will have autonomy over decision-making for your designated verticals, guided by market trends, consumer behaviors, and historical performance data.
- Flagship Brand Leadership - While overseeing the entire portfolio, you will take a proactive lead in driving some of our premier specialist brands, establishing a benchmark for successful and innovative acquisition strategies.
Creative Innovation & Campaign Excellence
- New Concepts - Infuse fresh, innovative ideas into our campaign creative. You will oversee the visual and messaging strategies, ensuring that our advertisements and landing pages are not only conversion-focused but also visually resonate with our premium brand identity.
- Campaign Excellence - Ensure best practices and accurate execution of acquisition campaigns across various online and offline channels.
- 3rd Party Development - Cultivate new partnerships and opportunities with third-party vendors to drive subscriber acquisition, while fostering ongoing relationships with current providers.
Leadership & Productivity
- Team Management - Guide priorities and effectively coordinate workloads for yourself and your team, including Senior Marketing Executives. You will mentor your team to produce impactful and precise work.
- AI Integration - Advocate for the use of AI tools to enhance productivity, from generating copy variations to automating routine reports, thus enabling the team to focus on high-level creative endeavors.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Serve as the primary liaison for brand stakeholders, ensuring marketing initiatives align with commercial priorities and audience insights.
Qualifications that Will Give You an Edge
