As we embark on an exciting new venture, we're establishing a state-of-the-art in-house design and creative studio that will redefine the Treatwell brand across 15 markets. We're seeking a Motion Designer who shares our vision — someone who understands that motion design is not merely an enhancement but the essence that connects emotionally with our audience.
In this pivotal role, you'll animate our creative concepts, transforming ideas into engaging visual narratives. From captivating social media Reels to dynamic product explainers and kinetic typography that resonates — this position is perfect for a creative individual who thrives on crafting compelling motion pieces.
Your Responsibilities:
- Infusing motion with meaning: Bringing our brand to life through dynamic visuals across various platforms including paid, organic, web, app, and product.
- End-to-end creation: Engaging in the entire production process from storyboarding to animating, editing, and sound design.
- Designing for engagement: Crafting content that captivates audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more, ensuring it sparks conversations.
- Balancing aesthetics with performance: Developing advertisements that achieve high click-through rates and brand films that leave a lasting impression.
- Adapting to diverse markets: Assisting in the creation of a scalable motion framework that feels local while maintaining a modern edge.
- Embracing speed and innovation: Valuing rapid iterations and feedback cycles to continuously improve our output.
Your Profile:
- A passionate motion designer with 2+ years of experience and an impressive portfolio.
- Strong storytelling capabilities, refined design sensibility, and a keen sense of rhythm and timing.
- Proficient in After Effects; familiarity with 3D, video editing, or sound design is a plus.
- Experience in creating performance-driven content for social media, web, and product applications.
- A keen observer of trends and an intuitive understanding of what resonates with audiences.
- A collaborative spirit, comfortable presenting ideas and integrating feedback to enhance your work.
- A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is eager to shape a brand from the inside out.
- Please provide a showreel or portfolio showcasing a spectrum of motion work — from engaging transitions to striking typography, and polished animations that tell compelling stories.
