As a Creative Producer, you will collaborate with project managers, creative directors, designers, vendors, and clients to create a cohesive narrative and design strategy. Your role will be integral in aligning all stakeholders around the project’s creative vision.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the creative development and design processes.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Overseeing vendor relationships and the production of assets.
- Coordinating budgets and scheduling to meet project milestones.

Our ideal candidate:
You will excel in this position if you possess extensive experience in content development and production, particularly within the realms of interactive media, film, theater, or immersive experiences. Your portfolio should demonstrate your expertise in designing and directing high-caliber destination experiences, showcasing:
- A profound understanding of spatial design principles and the integration of lighting with interactive systems and emerging audiovisual technologies.
- Mastery of the RIBA methodology, managing the entire project lifecycle from budget estimations to risk assessments, schedule management, and prioritization of multiple projects.
- The ability to distill complex conceptual ideas into clear, high-quality artistic presentations and engaging narrative-driven immersive storytelling.
- Proficient commercial oversight skills, including budget tracking and high-level negotiations with vendors to ensure production quality aligns with financial goals.
Technologically savvy, you should be well-versed in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Microsoft 365.
