Your Role and Responsibilities
As Canva grows, adaptability is woven into our culture. While this role provides a snapshot of the responsibilities you'll undertake, be aware that they may evolve. We are on the lookout for a Creative Program Manager to oversee lifecycle marketing projects from inception to execution. Your main duties will include coordinating creative workflows, managing timelines for task completion, setting clear expectations with internal stakeholders, and serving as the connective force among our creative team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, you will establish and implement creative as well as operational workflows that facilitate successful project delivery. Your organizational skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities, will enable effective and efficient problem-solving.
As part of the Canva Creative Team, you will collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Product, Experiential, and Brand.
Current Focus Areas:
- Collaborating closely with the Creative Lead to execute Canva’s lifecycle campaigns from brainstorming to implementation.
- Managing and triaging incoming lifecycle project requests while aligning stakeholders, requirements, and project timelines for successful outcomes.
- Overseeing resource planning for the Lifecycle Creative Team, balancing workload, prioritizing briefs, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize and simplify workflows, aiding the team in scaling efficiently.
- Facilitating creative workshops and reviews by defining clear objectives, managing agendas, and promoting strong collaboration.
- Coordinating with production partners to ensure timely delivery, asset management, and smooth transitions.
- Contributing to an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive team culture where outstanding creative work flourishes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or production settings.
- Experience in lifecycle marketing or digital marketing.
