Join the Student Enrollment and Data Operations Team at KIPP Texas, dedicated to ensuring our schools are fully enrolled, empowering students to shape their futures and enrich their communities. This pivotal role within the marketing team focuses on overseeing the creation and timely delivery of our print and digital marketing materials. As the Creative Services Manager, you will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and collaborate with marketing team members, enrollment departments, and external partners to produce compelling creative materials that enhance student and staff recruitment, as well as engagement and persistence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary creative design liaison for the marketing team.
Oversee asset production timelines and communicate progress effectively.
Facilitate strong cross-functional communication with teams such as Student Recruitment, Talent Recruitment, New-to-KIPP Enrollment, and School Operations.
Champion our internal creative processes and utilize our project management software efficiently.
Translate written or verbal concepts into innovative marketing visuals.
Contribute actively to the creative process and ensure all outputs align with approved marketing strategies and objectives.
Assist in the execution of diverse collateral, including flyers, billboards, brochures, and digital ads, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and legal compliance.
Lead the content marketing strategy alongside marketing team members, managing resources effectively.
Provide graphic design and occasional copywriting support on various special projects.
Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings, including timeline reviews, project kick-offs, and departmental updates.
Co-manage design timelines for marketing initiatives, ensuring all relevant parties are informed to meet deadlines.
Establish realistic creative timelines for projects while maintaining respectful boundaries around workloads.
Coordinate freelance or outsourced capabilities as needed to meet project demands.
Engage hands-on in creative production, from concept to final deliverables.
