Role Overview
As a Social Media Specialist, you will oversee posting campaigns, devise content strategies, and convert long-form video materials into captivating short-form content across major social media platforms. This role demands a blend of creative execution and analytical insight to ensure that campaigns are in line with marketing goals and yield measurable performance enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Oversee social media posting campaigns across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
Develop and schedule posts that are aligned with the overarching marketing strategy and audience engagement objectives.
Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on metrics to enhance results.
Short-Form Video Creation
Transform long-form content, such as webinars and interviews, into engaging, shareable short-form videos.
Optimize video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
Engage with comments and messages to promote active community interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and business goals.
