We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist based in the Philippines to initially join us as an independent contractor, transitioning to a full-time position. This role will support our paid media clients by directing performance-oriented creative strategies. You will identify effective ad concepts, analyze creative performance metrics, and convert insights into actionable briefs and constructive feedback. Collaborating closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors, you'll ensure that creative assets are optimized for each platform while aligning with performance objectives.
Your role will also include leading the exploration and application of AI tools to enhance the creative strategy process—testing innovative platforms, pinpointing automation opportunities, and assisting the team in integrating tools that boost efficiency and elevate creative delivery.
As a senior member of the team, you will also play a significant role in shaping the future of creative strategy within our performance team, helping us establish standards, processes, and collaborative methods across accounts.
