Job Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Creative Strategist operates at the crossroads of data analytics, creative strategy, paid media, and eCommerce. Your mission is to discern which creative elements resonate, explore the reasons behind their success, and strategize future creative endeavors, translating insights into actionable directives for the team.
Your analytical prowess will shine as you evaluate performance metrics across paid advertisements, TikTok affiliate content, and various marketplaces. You'll identify trends, unearth growth opportunities, and craft compelling creative concepts, hooks, and narratives that lead to tangible results. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside Media Buying, Video Editing, Graphic Design, and TikTok Affiliate teams to ensure that our creative outputs are intentional, cohesive, and continuously evolving.
This role is highly cross-functional and impactful, necessitating a strong balance between performance data analysis and creative direction.
Responsibilities:
Creative Intelligence & Insight
- Analyze performance data across paid ads, TikTok Shop, affiliates, and eCommerce funnels.
- Identify winning hooks, angles, formats, and narratives.
- Understand the effectiveness of various creatives and strategize their evolution.
- Transform performance metrics into actionable creative insights and next steps.
Creative Strategy & Direction
- Develop innovative creative concepts, frameworks, and testing roadmaps.
- Define messaging angles, formats, and styles for content.
- Provide clear creative briefs and direction to the Video Editing and Graphic Design teams.
- Ensure that the creative output is aligned with business growth goals beyond just aesthetics.
Paid Media & Performance Alignment
- Collaborate with Media Buyers to interpret data from Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Identify creative gaps and opportunities based on performance trends.
- Contribute to the development of new angles, offers, and narratives for testing.
- Maintain consistency between advertisements, landing pages, and on-site experiences.
TikTok Affiliate & Creator Enablement
- Work closely with the TikTok Affiliate Manager to guide creator content.
- Define types of content, hooks, and styles for affiliates.
- Create simple frameworks and examples to enhance creator success.
- Quickly adapt creative strategies based on creator performance and market trends.
Landing Pages & Funnel Congruency
- Assist in shaping landing pages to align with ad messaging.
- Ensure message consistency from ad click to purchase.
- Collaborate with CRO and design teams to enhance conversion rates through alignment.
