Your Compensation (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 35)
Because you care for others, we take care of you. You can expect:
A permanent contract (after a two-month probation period), for 24–32 hours per week.
A gross salary ranging from €2,597 to €3,635 (effective from 01-05-2026) based on a 36-hour work week (FWG 35).
An 8.33% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, and pension accrual.
Flexibility to choose your own working conditions, such as a (lease) bike, sports arrangement, or additional leave.
Training and coaching through the Reinaerde Academy, ensuring you continue to grow. All staff in the Digiteam receive training at the Center for Home Ventilation (CTB) in Utrecht.

Introducing: Your New Team and Workplace
You will be working at Digiteam Woerden, a creative location within walking distance of Woerden station. Here, individuals with disabilities engage in digital and administrative assignments. Tasks may include designing cards, flyers, and art images, digitizing photos and videos, managing a web shop, or performing light administrative duties. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing the skills of our clients.
