Join our dynamic CRM & Compliance team at TeamWork, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the implementation, utilization, and enhancement of the CRM, Compliance, and Risk modules of the WIZE solution.
Your responsibilities will span project phases, onboarding processes, and expert support, ensuring continuous interaction with business and technical teams, as well as client stakeholders, all within a framework of stringent regulatory and operational constraints.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Functional Oversight
- Assist clients in the deployment and operation of the CRM, Compliance, and Risk components of the platform.
- Serve as the primary functional contact for clients and project teams on these topics.
- Manage your scope in a project mode when necessary (including scoping, planning, monitoring, coordination, and reporting).
Compliance & Risk
- Configure and deploy KYC, AML, Name Screening, Suitability, and Risk Assessment frameworks.
- Contribute to ensuring clients' compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational, regulatory, and data-related risks, proposing tailored solutions.
- Ensure consistency in control processes, escalation procedures, and traceability.
CRM & Client Data
- Establish and maintain CRM and KYC repositories (client data, beneficial owners, legal structures).
- Deploy and optimize KYC, AML, suitability questionnaires, and risk profiles.
- Support clients with call reports, document management, and associated workflows.
Security & Access
- Participate in managing user access, roles, and rights.
- Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify functional gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes and product offerings.
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and critical issues to Project Managers and stakeholders.
