What will you be doing?
You will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive CRM strategies throughout the entire customer lifecycle to optimize patient retention, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates. Collaborating with pharmacy, marketing, clinical, and customer service teams, you will enhance the patient journey at every touchpoint.
Design and implement multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Develop lifecycle strategies aimed at boosting retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Optimize CRM systems to enhance data capture, segmentation, and personalized journeys.
Establish and oversee A/B testing frameworks with actionable performance analytics.
Translate complex data into actionable audience insights and predictive modeling.
Manage CRM reporting and disseminate insights to enhance cross-functional performance.
Develop CRM automations triggered by events, behavioral cues, and risk assessments.
Initiate feedback mechanisms, customer journey surveys, and churn mitigation strategies.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation.
Deliver training and governance on CRM best practices and platform utilization.
What do you need?
A minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing roles.
A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact CRM strategies.
Expertise in CRM platforms such as Braze, particularly in automation and analytics.
In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, data workflows, and journey mapping.
Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-paced and regulated environments.
Proficient in hands-on tool usage and integration with analytics and BI teams.
