What You’ll Be Doing:Design and implement lifecycle and monetization strategies aligned with core business objectives, facilitating customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.Manage end-to-end CRM projects—from conception to execution—ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and excellence in execution.Execute tailored CRM workflows and campaigns (including email, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.) for various customer segments and lifecycle phases.Partner with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM tools and strategies into broader initiatives.Utilize platforms like Bloomreach (a strong advantage) to craft personalized, automated customer journeys that enhance engagement and drive revenue growth.Lead A/B testing and monitor campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous enhancement of CRM strategies and effectiveness.Integrate AI tools as applicable to improve personalization, streamline execution, and support daily CRM operations. About You:3–5 years of experience in CRM or a related field, preferably within e-commerce or digital businesses.Familiarity with customer-centric strategies, particularly in B2C environments.Hands-on experience with CRM tools/platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).Comfortable with AI tools as part of your CRM toolkit.
