About the Role
Mizzen+Main is on the lookout for a data-driven CRM Manager to enhance our retention strategy and transform our program into a customer-centric powerhouse aligned with our merchandising calendar. In this crucial position, you will build a long-term testing roadmap, while mentoring a Marketing Associate to ensure seamless execution of daily campaigns. Utilize advanced RFM segmentation and in-depth analytical insights to optimize the customer journey, collaborating with Ecommerce and Retail teams to achieve significant growth in LTV and repeat rates. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Define the CRM strategy for Mizzen+Main and evolve our retention engine into one that is merchandise-calendar-driven and focused on customer lifecycle.
- Testing Roadmap: Establish a long-term roadmap with measurable testing strategies that align with Mizzen+Main’s brand vision and revenue objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and mentor a Marketing Associate managing the daily setup and execution of campaigns, ensuring flawless deployment and alignment with the marketing calendar.
