As our CRM Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing our international marketing strategies, focusing on localization and market customization to effectively engage with healthcare professionals. Your efforts will be vital to our ambitious expansion plans.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of multichannel campaigns and automations using Braze, our CRM platform.
Assist in executing AMBOSS' promotional campaigns.
Collaborate closely with various teams to guide and support the development and launch of campaigns.
Ensure successful delivery of all CRM activities in our key markets, including optimization, reporting, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
Aid in the development, testing, and rollout of new CRM channels for AMBOSS, such as Push notifications.
Utilize data and customer insights to continuously enhance campaign engagement and ROI across channels.
Your Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to design impactful campaigns that drive market share.
A strong interest in emerging technologies and how they can enhance marketing efforts.
Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., Braze, HubSpot) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven strategies.
