This role is a vital individual contributor within the Marketing team, expected to be collaborative, results-driven, and exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring flawless execution of projects is paramount. The Specialist will collaborate with various clients both within and outside of NM.
Key Responsibilities: CRM experience is essential.
As an essential contributor within the Marketing division, the Marketing Specialist supports the manager/team in executing identified projects, which often require managing multiple assignments and proactively communicating project needs. This role is responsible for developing foundational elements of NM’s marketing strategies and, through this process, gaining insights into the principles of strategic marketing.
The Marketing Specialist will assist the manager in the execution of specific projects, including:
- Grasping the scope and objectives of assigned projects and delivering results that meet those objectives.
- Creating key components of the marketing plan and/or producing marketing materials.
- Fostering strong internal client relationships by understanding their needs, delivering high-quality materials/plans, and effectively managing feedback.
Additional Responsibilities: CRM
Key Duties:
- Engage in strategic CRM discussions and planning sessions.
- Oversee the creation, finalization, and deployment of email CRM assets.
- Assist in analyzing CRM campaign metrics, results, and insights.
- Manage CRM system opt-outs effectively.
- Utilize CRM data to provide Service Line marketing teams with deeper market insights.
