Through innovative campaigns, personalized customer journeys, and data-driven strategies, you will make a significant contribution to our ticket sales and customer retention.
Your Role at Carré
In this position, you will be the CRM and email marketing expert within Carré. You will operate at the intersection of data and customer experience, expertly targeting audiences with the right message at the right moment—ideally in the most personalized way possible. Your efforts will tangibly enhance ticket sales, repeat visits, and strengthen our relationship with our audience.
You will collaborate within the marketing department, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications. Working closely with colleagues from various departments including marketing, programming, ticketing, and the Carré Fund, you will ensure that everything aligns perfectly, every time. As the CRM Marketer, you will own the lifecycle and email journeys, while the Website & Performance Marketer manages website funnels, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Both roles will work in close partnership with the Data Intelligence Marketer and ticketing to create a seamless customer journey.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and implement the CRM and email marketing strategy.
- Establish, manage, and optimize customer journeys and marketing automation flows.
- Oversee email campaigns from start to finish: briefing, segmentation, dispatch, and analysis.
- Focus on personalization, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
