Role Overview: CRM Operations Lead
As the CRM Operations Lead, you will be pivotal in optimizing and expanding the CRM infrastructure that supports our outsourced sales operations. Your expertise will center on HubSpot configuration, maintaining data integrity, and enabling effective systems, ensuring that our sales teams function on a robust, reliable, and scalable CRM platform.
You will be instrumental in managing the CRM lifecycle—covering system design, documentation, deployment for new client accounts, and ongoing refinement and maintenance. Collaborating closely with CRM leadership, sales, and data teams, you'll work to enhance the systems, processes, and standards that underpin effective pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and sales productivity.
