We are seeking a talented CRO Specialist to take ownership of optimizing the entire post-click customer journey for this growing DTC brand.
This role involves enhancing conversion performance through systematic testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
Given the brand's low-LTV, non-subscription model, focusing on first-purchase conversion and upsell funnels is essential. This position will prioritize increasing revenue per visitor and developing high-impact landing page funnels.
This is a hands-on role for an individual who thrives on experimentation, iteration, and quantifiable growth.
The Role:
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Lead the CRO strategy across the entire post-click journey
- Enhance conversion rates sitewide and segmented by traffic source
- Maximize Revenue Per Visitor (RPV)
- Boost Average Order Value (AOV) while ensuring profitability
- Optimize contribution margin through strategic testing
Testing & Experimentation
- Formulate testing hypotheses based on data insights
- Design and oversee A/B tests
- Evaluate results and implement iterative improvements
- Maintain a steady pace of testing
- Provide reports on test outcomes and insights
Funnel Optimization
- Manage the entire post-click funnel
- Enhance landing pages and conversion paths
- Refine first-purchase offers and upsell strategies
- Collaborate with designers to create high-converting pages
- Continuously improve funnel performance
