Newly appointed managers will benefit from an extensive 8-week rotational training program conducted on-site, equipping you with the necessary skills and insights to thrive in our dynamic environment.
Salary: $100,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, from food preparation to plating, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary professionals, offering guidance and training to foster optimal performance and growth.
- Work closely with management to maintain our high standards for taste and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary goals while reducing waste and ensuring freshness.
- Implement and uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a safe workplace.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a culinary management role, ideally within a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid grasp of financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory oversight.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, the executive chef, and other departments.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
