As a key player under the supervision of the Director of Culture and Heritage, you will:
Develop a comprehensive cultural communication strategy for the department and cultural establishments.
Provide clear and coherent information to residents while fostering audience development.
Support cultural services in strategically implementing major projects.
Collaborate extensively with cultural institutions and the Communication Department.
Your responsibilities include:
Collecting, organizing, and structuring information for the Culture and Heritage department and its institutions:
--> Implementing an active monitoring system to identify communication topics,
--> Creating dashboards to track information collection,
--> Preparing and presenting project outlines to elected officials and partners,
--> Coordinating and disseminating internal cultural information to staff across cultural establishments,
--> Evaluating the performance and impact of communication activities through public surveys.
Seeking co-financing and developing financial partnerships for ongoing projects.
Fostering cultural partnerships both locally and beyond:
--> Collaborating with other cultural institutions in the region,
--> Engaging with local and external stakeholders.
Supporting cultural services in strategically implementing major projects:
--> Providing organizational and operational support for the execution of significant cultural and event projects led by the Culture Department.
Defining a communication strategy for the department and cultural establishments:
Identifying target audiences alongside cultural establishments.
Creating cross-departmental communication materials.
Proposing innovative communication tools tailored to audience needs.
This position involves both office work and field activities. It is a shared role between the City and the Agglomeration.
Travel will be conducted using municipal vehicles.
