WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will manage and expand existing relationships within our client base. You will take ownership of specific accounts and act as the primary contact for those clients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product, you will focus on driving account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. This role necessitates a solid grasp of the digital marketing landscape, customer engagement solutions, and the ability to foster lasting relationships within a dynamic environment.
- Manage a defined set of client relationships, overseeing all expansion and renewal efforts
- Build commercial relationships to enhance Braze utilization and value
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to secure contract renewals
- Nurture and finalize account expansion deals, encompassing upselling, cross-selling, and new business lines
- Effectively relay customer feedback to the Braze product team
- Achieve quarterly upselling and renewal goals
- Engage in cross-department collaboration, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing
- Coordinate resources to enhance feature adoption
- Develop, maintain, and expand knowledge of Braze and its ecosystem products
