YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will manage and nurture relationships within our customer base. You will take ownership of specific accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product—you will drive account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. This position demands a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, customer engagement solutions, complex organizational structures, and the ability to foster long-term relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Manage a designated set of customer relationships, overseeing expansion and renewal activities
- Develop commercial connections to elevate Braze utilization and value
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure contract renewals
- Nurture and finalize account expansion deals, including upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new lines of business
- Effectively relay customer feedback to the Braze product team
- Meet quarterly upsell and renewal targets
- Engage in cross-department collaboration, including but not limited to Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing
- Coordinate resources to enhance feature adoption
- Establish, maintain, and expand your knowledge of Braze and its ecosystem products
- Develop a thorough understanding of accounts across all facets (onboarding, success, commercials, procurement, legal, organizational structure, etc.)
- Proactively analyze customer engagement and satisfaction metrics to inform strategy
