Hours: 35 hours per week, 09:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Package: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus scheme & enhanced benefits package

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to become part of our Jesmond Assembly development, which boasts a remarkable collection of apartments and facilities, including a residents' lounge, landscaped terrace, and guest suite.

About the Role:

At Jesmond Assembly, we do not merely sell apartments; we curate an unparalleled lifestyle of independence and luxury. We seek a Customer Advisor who embodies the elegance of high-end sales combined with genuine empathy to lead our exceptional Jesmond community.

In your role as our Customer Advisor, you will be more than just a salesperson; you will serve as a lifestyle consultant and brand ambassador. You will oversee the entire journey for our residents, combining commercial acumen with authentic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales funnel, from initial inquiries and personalized tours to reservations and legal completion.
  • Articulate the unique 'Jesmond Assembly lifestyle', showcasing our residents' lounge, landscaped terraces, and guest suites.
  • Guide families through our flexible purchasing options, including Rental, Rent-to-Buy, and Part-Exchange.

Local Networking and Business Growth:

  • Proactively establish reciprocal partnerships with local estate agents, luxury retailers, and community groups.
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives and networking events to generate leads outside the office.
  • Conduct property viewings for resale apartments and provide insightful market feedback to maintain our portfolio's competitiveness.

Brand Ambassadorship and Insight:

  • Maintain our CRM system with precision, ensuring every lead is qualified and re-engaged at the optimal moment.
