We are seeking passionate individuals (m/f/d) to join our Coaching & Customer Support team, assisting in the guidance and care of our clients in our exclusive online VIP programs.
During the onboarding process, you will gain comprehensive insights into sales and online marketing, particularly focusing on LinkedIn marketing, as well as effective and practical client consultation. Prior experience in coaching and consulting is advantageous but not mandatory. The onboarding phase typically lasts between 1 to 3 months.
Upon completion of the onboarding process, you will be equipped to confidently address any content-related queries from our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients into our online coaching programs
Daily phone and written support for client inquiries
Reliable communication within our expert team
Managing and unlocking our coaching and training content
Preparation and/or execution of our live calls
