Your mission
As a Customer Care Consultant, also referred to internally as a Partner Care Consultant, your primary responsibility is to ensure our partners and their caregivers have an outstanding experience with Birdie. This role primarily focuses on customer support, extending beyond mere query resolution to establishing robust, trust-based relationships through proactive, human-centered engagement.
You will not only respond to issues via live chat but also proactively identify our partners' needs. Through regular check-in calls and consistent communication across live chat, email, and phone channels, you will strive to understand their objectives, uncover hidden challenges, and deliver tailored guidance to maximize the value they derive from the Birdie platform.
Acting as the voice of our partners internally, you will become an expert on their requirements and gather essential feedback to share with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Your role as a trusted advisor will involve providing both expert technical support and genuine proactive care, ensuring an exceptional partnership experience.
