About the Role:
- The Customer Care Executive (CCE) will play a vital role in building positive customer relationships, identifying issues, and providing effective solutions. This position is essential in meeting business objectives outlined by key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage customer contact effectively.
● Serve as a proactive problem-solver for customer-related concerns.
● Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve unified goals.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
● Drive revenue growth from existing customers by renewing services in line with predetermined targets.
● Ensure timely submissions for renewals and maximize conversion rates.
● Maintain client retention for designated branches as required by the business.
● Engage with Back Office, Service Providers, Operation Executives, and Branch Managers for timely service scheduling and delivery by the Branch Operations Team, ensuring follow-up occurs three months prior to contract expirations.
● Ensure all contract collections are completed as required.
● Adhere to established processes and procedures for the customer care role.
Key Result Areas:
● Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Maintain strong customer conversion rates.
● Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
● Upsell and cross-sell services and products effectively.
● Generate leads from existing customer relationships.
● Ensure timely terminations and revivals of customer contracts.
