Are you eager to be the first point of contact for pharmacies and general practitioners? Do you enjoy helping them with their queries and issues related to primary healthcare? If so, we want you on our team! As a Customer Care Specialist, you will enhance our daily efforts to provide exceptional support and service to our clients. Proficiency in the Dutch language is essential for this role! Your contribution is crucial; you will actively listen to customer inquiries and collaborate with your colleagues to deliver effective solutions. PharmaPartners consists of four Business Units, each with its own support department. Which team would you like to join?
- General Practitioner Care -> Support general practitioners and their assistants in using Medicom.
- Pharmacy / Pharmacy Groups -> Assist pharmacists or pharmacy chains and their assistants with Pharmacom.
- eHealth -> Provide guidance to both general practitioners and pharmacists regarding our patient portals, MijnGezondheid.net & MedGemak.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will ensure our clients receive the 9+ service they expect. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, empathy, and analytical thinking to understand customer needs are essential!
