About the job
Do you prioritize customer service above all else? Are you passionate about engaging with customers and possess strong communication skills? If you're eager to take on exciting roles in customer service, then 123fahrschule is the perfect fit for you!
The 123fahrschule is Germany's most innovative driving school, operating over 55 locations nationwide and shaping the future of driver education in collaboration with associations and policymakers.
We are currently seeking to expand our customer support team in Wesel as soon as possible!
Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our clients, primarily driving students and their parents. You will guide our students through all their inquiries related to their driving licenses before and during their training.
You will respond to customer inquiries through various channels including face-to-face, phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Engaging with and acquiring new customers is also part of your role.
With your relaxed, friendly, and preferably humorous demeanor, you will accompany your students throughout their training until they pass their exams.
And yes, we have driving instructors too! You will support them in their daily administrative tasks—no need to sit in the passenger seat and teach students how to drive!
You will also schedule and coordinate exam appointments with the TÜV. While it may not sound thrilling, at least the TÜV has a smiley in its name!
Additional back-office tasks include handling complaints, processing cancellations and revocations, and managing collection cases.
What We Offer You:
A permanent employment contract with comprehensive onboarding and regular training sessions.
Flexible working hours tailored to your lifestyle; no weekend shifts!
The security of being part of a large company.
A well-equipped workplace with opportunities for you to contribute your ideas.
A fantastic team and regular corporate events.
The straightforward path to obtaining your driving license (if you don't have one yet).
